Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to kapaiballoons@gmail.com
- Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the event date: A full credit to the original sum paid, must be used within 12 months. Is not transferrable.
- Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event date: No refund will be issued.
- Exceptions: If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the client's control (e.g., natural disaster, government mandate), a refund may be issued at our discretion.


Damage Policy
Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the backdrop during the event. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Tears, rips, or punctures
- Stains or spills
- Broken or missing parts
We will assess the damage upon return of the backdrop and invoice the client for the cost of repair or replacement.


Payment Policy
A 20% of the total sum is the non-refundable deposit that is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. If you book less than 2 weeks from your event, payment is due in full. Payment can be made via bank transfer to 12-3145-0322477-00 Please reference your surname.

Liability Policy
Ka Pai Balloons is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the event, including but not limited to:
- Injuries caused by the backdrop itself or its installation
- Damages to property caused by the backdrop or its installation
- Injuries or damages caused by any other party during the event
Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of their guests and property during the event.


Set-Up Time Policy
We require a minimum of 90 minutes from our arrival at the event location to complete the set-up of the backdrop. Please ensure that the event space is accessible and ready for set-up at the agreed-upon time.
